Your catalogue, without duplicating it
The shop displays the items in Products that have a selling price, grouped by family or section, with search by name or barcode, a photo, the price including IVA (per kilo for items sold by weight) and availability. If you change a price, name or photo in Products, the shop shows it straight away. It never shows cost prices, suppliers or stock quantities.
- Online price: the same as in store, a percentage mark-up for the whole website or a separate online price per item.
- What is shown: you can hide an item, show only items with a photo or hide items that are out of stock.
- Sections and photos: tools to organise the catalogue into sections and find product photos by barcode on Open Food Facts.
Orders and customers
- Your customers add products to their basket and confirm with their name and phone number, either as guests or with their own account to see their orders.
- Home delivery or in-store collection, with delivery charges, free delivery above a set amount, a minimum order and delivery postcodes.
- Payment methods: cash or card on delivery, Bizum, bank transfer and online card payment through your own virtual POS terminal.
- Each order arrives in Online shop › Orders and moves through Accepted, In preparation, Out for delivery or Ready for collection, and Delivered. The customer follows the same steps on their order page and receives a confirmation email.
- Pause orders keeps the shop visible without accepting new orders (holidays, busy periods).
Sales reports
Sales, number of orders, average basket value, amounts collected and outstanding, sales per day, best-selling products and breakdown by payment method, for today, 7 or 30 days, the month, the year or the whole period, with CSV export.
Shop address and your own domain
Each shop has its own address on app.zcom.es. If your business has its own domain (for example, tienda.tunegocio.es), you enter it in the settings and the zBilling team connects it.
Which businesses it suits
Grocery and neighbourhood shops that already sell over the counter with the zBilling POS and want to take orders online for delivery or collection, without maintaining a second catalogue.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to add my products all over again?
No. The shop reads the items in Products; whatever you change there appears in the shop.
Can I take card payments on the website?
Yes, with the online card option, which charges through your own bank’s virtual POS terminal, set up under Online payments.
How do I activate it?
It is a module we activate for your account. Write to us at info@zcom.es.
Do customers need to register?
No. They can order as guests or create an account to save their address and see their orders.
