Invoicing software with POS for shops

Selling at the counter

• Scan the barcode or search for the item by name, reference or code; the cursor always stays in the scanning field.
• Direct tab (manual-amount keys such as VARIOS, FRUTA or VERDURA, each with its own IVA rate), plus Families and Items tabs.
• Quantities, sales by weight (with scales in hardware mode), per-line discounts and temporary or permanent price changes.
• No price, out of stock and low stock warnings as each item is added.

Taking payment and saving the sale

• Payment methods: cash (with change calculation), card, bank transfer and on account for the customer.
• Mixed payment: part in cash and part by card.
• Each sale is saved as a delivery note (by default), an invoice or a quote. Invoices issued generate their Verifactu record when you have it switched on.
• Quick receipt for cash sales with a single key, and park receipts to serve another customer and pick them up again later (also by scanning the parked receipt’s code).
• Returns and cancellations from the receipts list.

Till: opening, cash count and closing

You open the till with an opening float, record cash added and withdrawn and, at the end of the day, count the notes and coins: the POS shows the expected cash and the difference. You can print an interim report (X) or close the till with its closing report (Z).

Scale labels, customer cards and points

• Reads EAN scale labels with prefixes 23 to 26 (reference and price encoded in the barcode).
• Customer cards with their own code to identify the customer at the till.
• Loyalty points: you decide how many points each euro earns and how much they are worth when redeemed.

Receipt printer, cash drawer and scales

Without installing anything, the POS prints 80 mm receipts from the browser. With hardware mode and the zBilling TPV Bridge program on the shop computer, it prints directly to the thermal printer, opens the cash drawer on every cash sale and reads the scales. If the Bridge does not respond, it falls back to printing from the browser and lets you know.

If you already use ZPOS in your shop

Shops that work with the ZPOS desktop program can connect to zBilling through My Stores: you see each shop on a map with its online status and its daily summary of sales and receipts, and you can manage it from the browser. Which businesses it suits

Greengrocers, grocery stores, hardware and household shops, neighbourhood shops and any retailer that sells over the counter but also needs invoices, quotes or delivery notes for some customers. If you only issue a few invoices to identified customers, the AEAT’s free app, which does not issue receipts, may be enough for you.
